Data deletion request
This page explains how VTV app users can request deletion of account, subscription, device pairing, and support data connected to the VTV service.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@vtv.ge with the subject Data deletion request. Include the phone number or email address used for your VTV account and, if available, your device code or playlist/account identifier.
What data is deleted
- VTV account identifiers used to locate your subscription.
- Device pairing records and QR activation sessions.
- Playlist access records and internal stream token records.
- Support contact details that are no longer needed.
What may be kept
Payment, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, and legal records may be retained where required by law or by payment processor rules. These retained records are kept only for compliance, dispute resolution, and security purposes.
Processing time
We review deletion requests as quickly as possible. Most requests are processed within 30 days after we can verify that the request relates to the correct account.
